Donal, thanks for the comment. I’m sure Rathmines is a bit different than the version I read about in the book.
And next time I’m in Dublin I shall request a tour.

Linus, I think it says Funky Bopper but I like your name better.
Brian, it would be an honour sir to bring you on a tour of Rathmines where we can view site of the Battle of Rathmines but which may unfortunately not live up to Rutherfords purple prose. Later we can go to Dolphin’s Barn which to many visitor’s disappointment contains no Dolphins in barns. However it does house some of Dublin’s finest examples of cannibal knackers.
